Refund Policy
refund & cancellation policy
i value your time and energy, and i hope you value mine. here's how refunds and cancellations work:

Cancellations on pre-recorded readings: You can cancel for a full refund ahead of delivery. Note that PayPal and Stripe processing times are out of my control.

Cancellations on live scheduled readings (not currently offered): Less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable.

Completed sessions: Once a reading has been delivered, it is non-refundable.

My cancellations: If I must cancel, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.

Technical issues: If a session is disrupted by tech problems, we will rebook or arrange a fair solution.
This policy is written clearly so we both know what to expect, in line with Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.
