welcome, and thank you for being here. these terms of service explain what you can expect when booking a tarot session with me, and what i need to keep things clear and fair. by booking a session through my website, you are entering into an agreement with me under ontario’s consumer protection act.
terms of service
1. services

I offer tarot and intuitive readings delivered online (via online video link, or written report).

Each service is described on the booking page, including length and price.
2. payments

Payment is due at the time of booking, processed securely through [Stripe/PayPal/Wix Payments].

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. If HST becomes applicable, it will be shown at checkout.
3. cancellations & rescheduling

You may reschedule live readings (when offered) with at least 48 hours’ notice by contacting me at info@kaysarahtarot.com.

Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
4. refunds

Sessions are non-refundable once completed.

If I need to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.

6. confirmation of agreement

You will receive an email copy of your booking, which includes these Terms, your chosen service, the total price, and my contact details — as required under Ontario law.
